COVID-19 – EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the ever-evolving situation with COVID-19, deliveries to some countries/areas will be delayed. If your country or area is in lock-down or your local postal service is not working at full capacity, please bare in mind that deliveries will be delayed and that, unfortunately, we are unable to control this in any way. Additionally, we are unable to chase the location of shipped items outside the UK if the destination is a country currently locked down. We kindly ask for your patience in this matter. Tracked deliveries should work as normal and show where your order is, but again, updates may be delayed.

We will continue to dispatch orders as normal whilst Royal Mail and DHL are in operation.

15th October:

COLLECTION ORDERS

We are accepting collection orders. However, we require that you place your order online so that we can prepare it in advance to minimise contact. Please wait for confirmation (via email) that the order is ready for collection. Whilst in the building, please maintain 2m distance from other members of the public and wear a face mask unless you are exempt from doing so.

29th March 2020: DHL Global Mail have suspended shipment of items to the following countries. This means that until further notice we are unable to ship items to these locations:

China, Hongkong, Macao, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Bahamas Kuwait Samoa Bermuda Lebanon Somalia Bhutan Liberia South Africa Brunei Darussalam Libya Sri Lanka Cayman Islands Maldives St. Helena/Ascension/Tristan da Cunha Chad Mauritania St. Kitts and Nevis Cuba Moldovia St. Lucia Djibouti Mongolia Suriname Ecuador Montenegro Trinidad and Tobago French Polynesia Morocco Tunisia Honduras Myanmar Wallis and Futuna India New Caledonia West Sahara Iran Peru Jamaica Philippines. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LIST IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

24th March 2020: In compliance with the latest govornement recommendations we are no longer allowing items to be collected or purchased directly from our office. Therefore our office is now closed to customers; however, online orders will be fulfilled as normal.

19th March 2020: SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS - Royal Mail are no longer able to guarantee Special Delivery items, and so we have removed this option. Should this change, we will update this page and reactivate that shipping method.

18th March 2020: As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily removed our collection in person option.

We will post updates to this page if there are any changes to the situation and we would like to thank you for your patience.
