Delivery Information

We know you want your items as quickly as possible, that's why we process and dispatch your order within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). We dispatch twice a day in an effort to get your orders to you as quickly as we can. We only charge one postage fee for multiple items across our entire product range. All delivery options for your location will be presented to you at checkout.

Please check your address is accurate before submitting your order. Once an order is processed we are not normally able to make address changes.

Can I pick up my order in person?

We keep all our stock on-site and orders can be collected in person. When placing an order through our website simply select the “Collection in Person" delivery option and you will not be charged a delivery fee. Please note, our normal opening times are 9am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 11am Saturdays. If travelling from afar, please contact us first to confirm your order will be ready for collection.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Mexico. If for some reason you are not seeing a delivery option when you checkout, or have any other questions about delivery or your order, please feel free to contact us:

How long does delivery take?

Yodel: 3-4 Working Days during normal times of year. May be extended through November to Janaury to take into account Christmas post.

Royal Mail First Class: Normally 1-2 days. However, Royal Mail won't look into any potential issues until their 10 working days have elapsed. Most orders do arrive withint he 1-2 day timeframe.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: We always dispatch before collection cut-off (1:30pm) and so any order placed before this time will be dispatched same day and should arrive the following day before 1pm.

For non-received orders, you will be asked to complete a claim form, which will help us to fast-track your refund.

How do I find my tracking number?

If you have selected a tracked service, your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed. Please note that tracking information may not update for 24 hours. Please use one of the following links to track your order.

My order didn't arrive, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the timeframe above, please email giving either your full name, delivery address or order number so that we can look into it for you. Please be assured you will not be left out of pocket as a result of non-delivery. Please note that until the full time has elapsed, we are unable to contact the postal service as they require the maximum time to have passed before they will look into any potential problems.

How do I cancel my order?

Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact quoting your order number. It is important to contact us as soon as possible as we dispatch orders twice a day and once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel.
